Adam Levine Buys Garner Affleck Pacific Palisades Mansion For 32 Million

Adam Levine just closed on the former home of divorced couple, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. He closed the deal in late December for a whooping 32 million dollars. The home located in exclusive Pacific Palisades, CA, is a massive compound that sits on 3.1 acres of prime Southern California real estate. The property has three different buildings, with the main house being 16,000 square feet. The property has a guest house that is over 4,000 square feet, it’s the guest house that Affleck lived in on and off since 2015, when the couple first separated.

The property has an Olympic sized swimming pool, a basketball court, a full sized screening room, fully equipped gym, and an art studio. The couple were legally divorced in November of 2018. The home had been placed on the market privately in October. Levine and his model wife, Behati Prinsloo were represented by broker Kurt Rappaport, and Garner and Affleck were represented by David Offer. Sources close to Garner said that ‘she and Ben are very revealed that they were able to quickly sell their former home.’ Levine met the ‘Victoria’s Secret’ model in 2012 and married in 2014.

Actor Jonah Hill, a close friend of Levine’s officiated the wedding ceremony. The couple have two daughters, Dusty Rose, 2, and Gio Grace 10 months. The ‘Maroon 5’ singer recently talked about his wife who is from Nambia to Jimmy Kimmel. Levine said, “She’s from Nambia and no one can ever say the name right. It should be easier to say.” Levine said he hasn’t had the opportunity to visit that part of Africa, but he will soon. He said, “In America we have like cats and dogs, but she had different experiences. It’s amazing farm land and people there have amazing pets like giraffes, so it’s a whole different way of life there.”
