Betty White Credits Hot Dogs And Vodka For Keeping Her Alive Almost 96 years

Hollywood icon Betty White will be celebrating her 96th birthday on January 17th. The actress and comedienne has spoken to ‘Parade’ about her longevity in Hollywood, and her very long healthy life, in and out of Hollywood. The funny lady said of her long life, “Vodka and Hot Dogs, and probably in that order.” She wanted to give advise to everyone about it what it takes to live a long healthy purposeful life.

She said, “Enjoy life, and accentuate the positive not the negative. It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about rather than say, what’s great, it not hard to find great stuff if you look.” White is a six time Emmy Award winner, said a good work ethic is important too,” You must have a purpose in life.” White has an over 75 years of being in the Hollywood spotlight, she said she has no plans of slowing down just yet. “When the project comes along for me, I take it.” White said you have to take opportunities as they present themselves.
