Cause Of Death Revealed For DJ Avicii

The cause of death for DJ Avicii has been disclosed. The world renowned DJ committed suicide by using a piece of broken glass. A source said the DJ broke a wine bottle and used a piece of glass to inflict a deep cut on his neck. The 28 year old DJ bled to death from the wound. Avicii whose real name is, Tim Bergling was found in the Middle Eastern country of Oman on April 20th, his death stunned fans and followers around the world. Avicii publicly battled drug and alcohol problems for years. Friends of the DJ were worried that his demons would eventually kill him.

His family issued a statement shortly after his death was announced, they said, “He really struggled with thoughts about meaning, life and happiness. He could go any longer, he wanted to find peace.” Actress and singer Rita Ora held back tears as she paid tribute to her friend and collaborator at a concert over the weekend. The ‘Fifty Shades Of Gray’ actress was in the Netherlands performing at a music festival. The songstress told the crowd that the DJ changed her life, she then put her mic befond her back and engaged in a moment of silence to pay tribute to Avicii.

Avicii was born in Stockholm, Sweden, was considered a pioneer in electric dance music, or EDM. He started making music in his teens, one of his biggest songs was ‘Wake Me Up.’ Singer Calvin Harris said, “ Devastating news about Avicii, a beautiful soul, passionate and extremely talented with so much more to do. My heart goes out to his family, god bless you Tim.” American DJ and record producer Kaskade said, “Avicii was talented and kind and I was genuinely excited to see what would come next from him. His future most certainly should have been written beyond age 28. I’m heartbroken.”
