Erin Andrews,39, who is the co-host of ABC’s ‘Dancing With The Stars’ married her finance NHL star Jarret Stoll, 34, today. The couple married in a small elegant ceremony in Montana in front of friends and family. The couple got engaged in December after dating for over four years. Andrews appeared on ”Good Morning America’, shortly after the engagement to announce the details. She said she went to Disneyland in Anaheim to look at the Christmas lights and decorations and that is where Stoll popped the question.
In addition to Andrews’ hosting duties on DWTS she also is a sports commentator for ‘Fox Sports’. The wedding celebration is coming on the heels of a very difficult year for Andrews, who is one of the most recognizable faces in sports broadcasting. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer in September of 2016, and is now cancer free, but still must undergo regular testing to see if the cancer has reappeared. Andrews kept the cancer a secret and kept working even though she had two different procedures. She said it was very important for her to keep working, and not feel sorry for herself.
She also had a civil case against a 2008 incident involving a man stalking her in a hotel and taping her during private moments. The tape was seen on the internet by millions of people, she said she was left traumatized beyond what mere words could say. She won her case, but she said the incident has completely changed her life. She is now working to help other victims of cyber crimes and she wants to be an advocate to actually change laws regarding these crimes. Stoll was formally engaged to Rachel Hunter, Rod Stewart’s ex wife, who was 13 years his junior. The engagement was called off in 2009 and shortly after Stoll started dating Andrews, the couple will live in Los Angeles.
