David Hasselhoff Gets Married For A Third Time In Italy

Actor David Hasselhoff married for a third time to a much younger woman in Italy. The ‘Baywatch’ star,66, said ‘I do’ to model Hayley Roberts,38, in a small private ceremony attended by a small group of close friends and family. The newly married couple have been dating for seven years before the wedding. They met in England when Hasselhoff was a judge on the reality show, ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. The father of two was holding auditions for the show at a hotel when Roberts walked up to him and asked for his autograph.

Hasslehoff told Roberts she could have his autograph if she gave him her phone number, the two started dating shortly after that. The pair became engaged in 2016, and at first had a long distance relationship. The Baltimore, Maryland native was first married to soap opera actress Catherine Hickland for five years in the 80’s. Hickland is currently married to Debbie Reynolds’ son Todd Fisher. His second wife was actress Pamela Bach in 1989, the former couple have two daughters, Hayley and Taylor, coincidentally his new wife has the same name as his daughter.

In 2007 Hasselhoff had to publicly address his alcoholism when a video his daughter Taylor shot of him went viral. The video shows a very drunk Hasselhoff, slurring his words and not able to stand up. Hasselhoff later said his daughter shot the film so that he could see how he looked when he was drunk. The release of the video the actor said was done deliberately His lawyer issued a statement at the time claiming that the actor was a recovering alcoholic and he is seeking treatment. The new couple often attend soccer games together in Whales, where Hayley is from. Hasselhoff’s two adult daughters attended the wedding. Hasselhoff is currently filming the movie ‘Power Play’ in Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
