Denise Richards Marries Aaron Phypers Two Days After Announcing Engagement

Actress Denise Richards married actor Aaron Phypers in Malibu on Saturday, surprising many fans. Their engagement was announced two days before the wedding. Richards was recently cast for the 9th season of the ‘Bravo’ hit ‘Desperate Housewives Of Beverly Hills’. Bravo cameras were on site in full force capturing the nuptials for the upcoming season. Richards was previously married to actor Charlie Sheen from 2002-2006, the former couple have two daughters. Richards reportedly invited Sheen to attend the wedding, but he declined her invitation. Richards also adopted a daughter Eloise since she’s been single.

The new couple started dating a year ago. Phypers was married to actresses Nicollette Sheridan from 2015, and separated only 6 months later. The couple remained separated for over two years, with the divorce becoming final in August of 2018. Phypers has only two acting credits, a TV show ‘Air Emergency’ in 2009 and ‘Leap’ a 26 minute film in 2011. Friends of the actor say he’s very exciting to be joining his new wife Richards on the popular reality show ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’. He told a source his acting career has been a real struggle, and the show ‘could increase his profile’.

A friend at the wedding, said “Denise is very in love with Aaron, and he’s very devoted to her three daughters. They purposely kept their relationship on the down low, preferring to date outside of the spotlight.” Richards let her fans know she was joining the reality show in August with a statement, “I’m so excited to join the cast of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ as I’m a huge fan of the show. I am looking forward to spending time with all the ladies and hopefully meeting Boy George.” The show is currently filming season 9, and is expected to start airing the new in episodes in late 2019.
