Former ‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham Shops New Reality TV Show To Producers In LA

Former ‘MTV’ bad girl Farrah Abraham was spotted over the weekend with reality TV executives. Abraham was in LA taking meetings with reality show producers to try to secure her own reality show, The single mother of 9 year old Sophia was fired from MTV’s Teen Mom last year, after appearing on the show since 2009. Abraham’s ex boyfriend Derrick Edwards died in a car accident while Abraham was still pregnant with their daughter. Abraham had a ‘lunch meeting’ in Studio City’ with her new agent, David Weintraub. Abraham was fired from the ‘MTV’ show because she refused to leave the porn industry.

Farrah and Weintraub were also seen with Jeff Jenkins, who was the executive producer behind several hit reality TV shows, ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians, ‘The Simple Life’ and ‘Little Women:LA’. The three were meeting with Hollywood producers to shop a reality TV show they created that would star Farrah, The concept of the show deals with Farrah and other single mothers that are trying to balance work, dating, raising their children, in today’s hectic world.’ According to Weintraub they have generated a lot of interest, and they are ‘currently negotiating a deal’.

Farrah accepted a plea deal last week resulting from her June 13th arrest at the ritzy Beverly Hills Hotel. She was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a peace officer after she was asked to leave the hotel. Part of the deal was Farrah’s agreement to never enter the hotel again. She will be on probation for two years, and must do 15 hours of community service. Farrah recently backed out of an advertised celebrity boxing match, due to the promoters not making good on Farrah’s demands for comped hotel rooms for her friends and family. According to the promoter Sam Goldberg, Abraham made the demands after she signed the contract, and if she ‘doesn’t show up to fight, she will be sued.’
