‘Step Up’ in 2006. The Blast reported that Dewan filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. The reason for the split in the filing said ‘irreconcilable differences’. Dewan’s lawyer Samantha Spector filed the papers on behalf of the actress is seeking joint physical custody of the ex-couple’s daughter Everly,5.
Tatum immediately filed a response, he’s also seeking joint custody of his daughter. Dewan is requesting spousal support and child support. She has also requested that her name be restored to Dewan from Dewan-Tatum.
