Josh Duhamel Dating Actress Eiza Gonzalez Five Months After Splitting With Fergie

Actor Josh Duhamel is going pubic with his new love interest, Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez. The actress is a very well known popular actress in her native Mexico. She got her start playing the lead role ‘Lola’ in a highly popular Mexican TV show, ‘Lola, Erase Unavez’ in 2007. The 28 year old actress and singer continued a successful modeling, singing and acting career in Mexico until 2013. She moved to Los Angeles in August of 2013 to expand her acting horizons and break into English speaking roles.

Duhamel met Gonzalez at a Jennifer Lopez a pre-Super Bowl concert at the Minneapolis Armory on February. They met at an after party at the event, and ended up talking and drinking together in a corner until the wee hours of the morning, according to an onlooker. The ‘Transformers’ actor was able to secure Gonzalez’s number from a mutual friend. The new couple have been spending a lot of time together ever since. Gonzalez has been previously linked to Mexican businessman Pepe Diaz and actor Liam Hemsworth. A friend told ‘US Magazine’ that Gonzalez is currently in England working on a film.

The couple spend a lot of time face timing and texting and have plans to reconnect after the film wraps. They have been quietly dating for the last three weeks, due to Duhamel’s recent confirmed split with his singer wife, Fergie. Duhamel and the former ‘Black Eyed Pea’ singer were married for eight years and have a 4 year old son, Axel. The actor recently came to his estranged wife’s defense after she took heat for her rendition of the national anthem at the ‘All Star Game’ on February 19th. Duhamel appeared on the ‘Ellen’ show and said, “ She would probably admit that it wasn’t her best work, but the girl is crazy talented. She’s an amazing woman an amazing human being really.”
