Justin Bieber Married Wife Hailey Baldwin Without A Prenup Agreement In Place

Although the newly married couple denied it at first, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are married. The couple married the same day they were spotted at a New York courthouse in September. They got the license and while there they got hitched. The couple arrived at the court house with their own preacher ready to do the ceremony. Jeffrey Quinn is a faculty member at Nyack College, which is near the courthouse. Quinn, an ordained minister performed the ceremony in the courthouse, while witness Josh Mehl looked on.

Mehl who is a friend of Bieber’s from Los Angeles, and attends church with him regularly, traveled with the couple from LA to New York. According to a source close to the couple, Bieber and Baldwin reached out to lawyers the day of the marriage ceremony. There was not enough time to construct the prenup, the couple was told. They went and got married with the prenup. In some cases an agreement can be drawn up after the ceremony called a postup. However the source said the couple has not made moves to get a post-up.
