Kendall Jenner Named Highest Paid Model In The World As She Battles Anxiety Disorders

Kendall Jenner has been named the highest paid model in the world, throwing Giselle Bundchen to the sidelines. Tom Brady’s wife, Bundchen had held the title since 2002. Jenner is also the most followed fashion figure on social media. She has over 84 million followers on Instagram. All is not rosy in Kendall Jenner’s world. She has discussed her gripping anxiety disorders on the family reality show, ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’ Her mental health issues have curtailed her appearances at fashion shows during ‘2018 Fashion Week’.

Fans have been asking where Jenner has been this year. Every year designers around the world roll out their newest creations in New York, Milan, London and Paris. Jenner along with other top models, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kaia Gerber take their turns on the cat walk wearing designs from the most acclaimed designers. This year, Jenner has been noticeably absent from the ‘2018 Fashion’ events. During last year’s ‘Fashion Week’, Jenner walked in Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wong and many other shows. This year she only made a brief cursory appearance at Adidas Originals due in part because she was just named the brand Ambassador.

She did appear at some ‘2018 Fashion Week’ events, but mostly behind the sciences, taking pictures of other models. Jenner, 22, also suffers from ‘sleep paralysis’, which Jenner has discussed on ‘KUWTK’. Her mother Kris Jenner has said that she receives calls sometimes from her model daughter in the middle of the night. Kris reported that several times she has to drop everything to race to Jenner’s modeling shoots, to help her daughter finish her work assignments. Kendall has said, “It’s so crazy I get super light headed when I’m on planes too, like I’m going to faint. Everyone says I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine.”
