Troubled actor Kevin Spacey is under the microscope again, as he is accused of sexual assault, battery and false imprisonment. A male victim who has not been publicly named is suing the actor, for forcing himself on the victim during a private massage. The allegations stem from an incident in October of 2016. The victim referred to as ‘John Doe’ in legal papers arrived at Spacey’s Malibu home for a scheduled appointment. The masseuse claims that when he was working on the actor’s leg, Spacey tried to force his hand onto his private parts.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, and was first reported by ‘The Blast’. The masseuse claims he gave the actor the benefit of the doubt and resumed massaging his leg, when Spacey quickly got off the table, dropped his towel and told the victim “You have such beautiful eyes, and started to assault him.” The victim claims that Spacey would not let him leave, but he was able to fight him off, and leave the house. The victim says he called the police as soon as he left the house.
The man is suing Spacey for unspecified amount of money for damages and physical and emotional duress and loss of wages. Spacey was one of the early men to be square in the middle of #metoo accusers. Spacey is facing serious legal issues in London, England, after six men there came forward to say that the actor sexually assaulted them. Police there are investigating the claims and are saying the investigation is ‘open and ongoing.’ Spacey has long denied that he was gay when he was asked about it several times. In 2017 actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of raping him when he was 14 years old. It was then that Spacey apologized to Rapp and came out as gay.
