Lauren Conrad Of ‘MTV’s The Hills’ Welcomes First Child With Husband

Lauren Conrad,31, formally of MTV’s hit reality show ‘The Hills’ welcomed her first child a son, Liam. The reality star turned clothing designer and author, happily shared the news on ‘Instagram’. She wrote “He’s here!We’re so excited to welcome Liam James Tell into the world!” Conrad  broke into reality fame on MTV in the show ‘Laguna Beach’ in 2004, when Conrad and her friends were juniors in high school. The widely successful show turned into a spin off from 2006 to 2010, with Conrad leaving ‘The Hills’ in 2009.

After leaving the show, she ‘penned’ her first book, ‘L.A. Candy’ which was published in 2009 and became a NY Times bestseller. She has had several successful follow up books published. She launched a successful clothing line for ‘Khols Department Stores’ called ‘LC Lauren Conrad Apparel and Accessories.’ While she was filming ‘The Hills’ her tenure at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising was chronicled. She was  awarded an Associate of Arts degree from the school in 2011.

Conrad started dating her now husband William Tell in February of 2012. They quickly moved in together in Westwood, which is near  UCLA.  Tell was once a guitarist with the band ‘Something Corporate.’ After meeting Conrad he started law school at the University of Southern California. He graduated and now works as an entertainment attorney. The couple married at a winery in Santa Ynez,California in 2014. Lo Bosworth, Conrad’s co-star on both ‘Laguna Beach’ and ‘The Hills’ served as one of her 9 bridesmaids. Conrad met Tell ,37, when she was still in high school and only 16, they went on a blind date ten years later. The couple announced the pregnancy on New Years Day, earlier this year. Conrad told US Magazine earlier this year, that she and Tell planned on having “lots of children.”
