Reality Star Evelyn Lozada And MLB Player Carl Crawford Call Off Their Engagement

‘Basketball Wives’ star Evelyn Lozado, 41, and her baseball star fiance Carl Crawford have called off their engagement. Lozada confirmed to US Magazine that the couple are not getting married, but are staying focused on raising their 3-year old son. According to the well crafted statement, Lozada is now living in Arizona, and the former LA Dodger is living in Los Angeles. Crawford who made over 20 million in 2016 is going to retire.

The Lozada Crawford relationship was plagued with serious issues from the beginning in 2016. There was constant talk of Crawford’s infidelity, and the couple previously broke up in February. The twosome became engaged in December after Crawford proposed with a 1.5 million dollar engagement ring. Their son Leo was born almost exactly a year later. The former couple have not been seen publicly together since March at Leo’s birthday party. Several fans and followers have been fanning the flames of breakup rumors. The former couple were not seen together and have not posted anything together on their social media accounts.

Crawford was in Vegas in June with several friends and noticeably without Lozada. Meanwhile the reality star went to the Bahamas for a solo vacation in July. She’s had some serious high profile romances. She was engaged to basketball star Antoine Walker, that relationship would eventually sour after being together for 10 years. She became engaged to football star, Chad Johnson in 2010. On July 4th 2012 she married Johnson. The marriage fell apart soon after the couple said ‘I Do’ Johnson was arrested for domestic battery against Lozada. She filed for divorced from Johnson that same year, and it became final in 2012, Johnson received a years  probation for his part in the incident. She began dating Crawford in 2013.
