Rob Kardashian Files Request To Lower Child Support Payments To Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian filed a child custody modification request in Los Angeles Superior Court. The former reality star has been dueling with the mother of his two year old Dream. Kardashian claims he can’t afford the huge monthly payments anymore, and he goes one step further. The USC graduate says Chyna is a millionaire and should be paying child support to him. Rob had been paying Chyna $20,000 a month, he claims he can longer afford to pay that. The youngest Kardashian sibling said Chyna filed a restraining order last years against him, and the action has ’caused him severe damage.’

Rob has been laying low since the domestic squabble began with Chyna, he has not appeared on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ in quite some time. According to the filing, Rob states “ I have not participated in any filming since the summer Chyna filed. Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media.” He also said that the past year has been extremely difficult for him and he has no desire to air his dirty laundry on TV, and ‘wants to maintain his privacy’ and not appear on any reality shows. Kardashian who graduated from USC in 2009 with a business degree says he’s perusing other ‘business opportunities.’

In the last contract that Rob had with the reality show on E, he was guaranteed a yearly salary of a million dollars. Now he is not under a contract, and is only compensated if does appear, which he “has no desire to do so.” Rob’s legal team are saying that Blac Chyna has grown her business empire by her own admission to seven figures, and makes a much higher income annually than Rob. Kardashian’s legal team said in the documents, that when the couple first hammered out a support agreement he was bringing in a 100 K a month, now he barely makes $ 10,000, and Chyna makes $60,000 a month.
