‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham Sells Los Angeles House After A Year On The Market For An 80 K Loss

Farrah Abraham,26, of MTV’s ‘Teen Mom OG’ sold her Los Angeles home for $860,000. She bought the 4 bedroom 4 bath two story home in April of 2016 for $845,000, and put in over $100,000 in renovations. She has lowered the price 3 times since it came on the market, but put it back on the market for the original sale price, and got a little over that. She’s still at an $80,000 due to the renovations. Many real estate professionals are wondering out loud, why it was so hard to sell the home, and why it sold for so little. The Los Angeles real estate market is very tight now, with most listed houses selling in days, with multiple offers creating bidding wars.

The home is in an exclusive area of Los Angeles, known as ‘The Hollywood Hills’ close to the iconic ‘Hollywood Sign’. Abraham’s current season of ‘Teen Mom OG’ just wrapped up season 6. The show has not yet been renewed for a 7th season. Abraham has been in the spotlight since 2008 when she started with MTV on ’16 & Pregnant.

She made a reported 1.5 million for a porno flick for Vivid Entertainment, titled ‘Farrah Abraham, Back door Teen Mom’ in 2013.
