Vanessa Marcil Continues To Accuse Ex Brian Austin Green Of Neglecting Their Son

Actress Vanessa Marcil has been accusing her ex boyfriend actor Brain Austin Green of ignoring their 16 year old son Kassius Green. The ex couple met when they were both cast members of ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ in the late 90’s, their son was born in 2002. Marcil stated that Green has completely cut his son out of his life. Vanessa blames the estrangement on Green and his wife actress Megan Fox. Green and Fox started dating in 2004 and married in 2010. The couple have three sons, and Kassius was the best man at their wedding, and seemingly they had a good relationship.

Marcil said, ‘Kass is not welcome in Green’s home, and has no relationship with his three half brothers’
She went on to explain, “Kass no longer has a bedroom in their home, which started five years ago. He hasn’t ever seen Megan or even met his youngest brother Noah,6. He’s not allowed to know where they live anymore. Isn’t invited to see them on holidays. Not even Father’s Day. They threw out his entire room and gave away his cat without Kass knowing.”

The actress also said that Green has been absent for all of his son’s achievements in sports and academic achievements. Marcil has indicated that the estrangement is a direct result of a nasty custody battle that she had with Green and Fox 12 years ago. The couple tried to gain full custody of Kassius, and wanted child support from Marcil to the tune of over $200,000 for past support payments. The couple lost the legal battle and had to pay Marcil’s legal expenses. Marcil says after they lost the civil and custody case, Green and Fox cut Kass out of their lives completely and he’s heartbroken. She said ‘her son deserves to have both parents in his life.’ Reps for Green and Fox have declined to comment on Marcil’s claims.
